The Duncan Edwards Tribute was launched this week at Priory Primary School in Dudley where Duncan was a pupil between 1941 and 1947.

The children at the school put on a display of work they had created personally in honour of the Duncan Edwards Tribute before Jim Cadman gave a talk based on the special print that has been commissioned to celebrate the life of Duncan Edwards and his dreams of playing at Wembley.

Each of the children were later presented with a special print and biography photo card of on the life Duncan Edwards and detailing  the football honours he achieved

Jill Craig – Head of Priory Primary School said at the presentation

“Our school is honoured to participate in the Duncan Edwards Tribute and it will benefit our children in many ways.”

“The motto of our school is ‘Believe in yourself’ and the teaching staff work hard to motivate our children into believing that the sky is the limit”

“The Duncan Edwards Tribute would be the perfect example to prove just that”
